Privacy & Analytics

Last updated: 18 July 2026

LOGOS Market Edge is a private market-research system. We use a minimal analytics service to understand how visitors engage with our content — nothing more. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.

1. Analytics Service

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure basic visitor engagement. GA4 helps us understand:

GA4 does not collect names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, or any information that identifies you personally. We do not link analytics data to member accounts.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not use GA4 for:

Google's advertising features are disabled. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization consent signals are permanently set to denied.

3. Your Consent

Analytics do not load until you make a choice. When you first visit, a consent banner appears at the bottom of the page with two options:

Your choice is stored in your browser and persists across visits. You can change it at any time.

4. Changing Your Selection

A small gear icon (⚙) appears in the bottom-left corner of every page after you make a choice. Click it to reopen the consent banner and change your preference. Your new choice takes effect immediately — if you switch from Accept to Reject, analytics collection stops and any existing analytics cookies in your browser will no longer be used for new data.

5. Cookies

GA4 uses first-party cookies for measurement. When analytics are accepted, Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* for session and visitor measurement. These are standard analytics cookies and do not contain personally identifiable information.

When analytics are rejected, no GA4 cookies are created or accessed. The site functions identically with or without analytics.

6. Data Retention

Google Analytics 4 data is retained for the default period configured by Google (currently 2 months for standard properties). We do not export, combine, or enrich this data with information from other sources.

7. Service Providers

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. Google processes measurement data according to its own terms and policies. You can review Google's privacy information at:

8. Member Accounts

Member account data (email address, subscription status, authentication credentials) is managed separately through Supabase and Stripe. That data is subject to the terms communicated during account creation and is not shared with Google Analytics.

9. Important Note

Privacy-conscious technical consent baseline implemented; universal legal compliance not asserted. This disclosure describes our technical implementation. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice. If you have questions about how data protection law applies to your use of this site, consult a qualified professional.
